For all those professionals working with youth, for example educators, coaches, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, facilitators, social workers and managers, HR staff and trainers of organisations active in youth work, and interested in the role of power dynamics and understanding how Power, Empowerment, Accountability and the related model of Anti-Oppressive Practice can support their work.

OUR MISSION

RAP provides youth professionals with the knowledge and guidelines to self-reflect on their role of power towards their young clients, supporting them to develop a professional stance and establish professional settings which favour inclusion and take into account the inherent complexity of youth work.

OUR RESULTS
